You may be perfectly satisfied with your current call recording platform, perhaps going back many years. But there are many reasons you may want to pull the data from the native system:
  • New technologies emerge all the time. These days voice analytics engines lead the pack, whether performing speech-to-text transcription, gauging customer sentiment, or monitoring agent effectiveness. XOVOX works with all the major providers, including Call Journey, CallMiner, Clarabridge, IBM Watson, Stratifyd, Tethr, Voci, Xdroid, and all the cloud providers.
  • You may have already migrated to a cloud-based recorder, but the provider has placed a maximum time limit on your old recordings (perhaps two years). If your retention requirement exceeds that time, you will need to regularly pull the oldest data out of the system and store it elsewhere.
  • You have an archive of millions of recordings stored on thousands of DVD-RAMs. You can't afford to convert them all, but you do need focused audio retrievals on a regular basis.

XPORT247 Opens Up Your Data

XPORT247 provides a way for you to continuously export and convert your voice data on a regular basis, without the need for an expensive toolkit or additional licenses from your existing vendor. XPORT247 is an automated bundled version of our XTRACT and XPAND services and is intended to run hands-off as part of your existing regularly scheduled jobs for backups, mirroring, etc.

XPORT247 can run hourly, daily, or weekly, depending on your recording volume and business needs. It can also run on-demand. You can push your data to the service, or you can arrange for us to fetch it regularly from your archive and database. It can also deliver the converted data for automatic ingestion into your speech analytics engine or cold storage archive. It has many deployment options and is hosted in the cloud. With additional customization and professional services, it can also be deployed on-premise.

XPORT247 supports the broadest range of supported source formats and supported target formats in the industry.

XPORT 247 FAQ

XPORT247 is designed to support weekly, daily, or even hourly conversions. Once the process is set up, the retrieval and conversion occur automatically.

For the real-time delivery to XPORT247, you have two options - you can push the files to the cloud or we can remotely access a drop site in your environment via VPN. We can return the converted files the same way.

As you can see from our list of supported recorder formats, we can work with over 35 formats.

We can deliver the metadata in any text format. Check out our list of supported metadata target formats. Even if your format is not on our list, we can probably generate it if you provide the spec.

Our primary goal is to convert recordings to an audio file format which is guaranteed to replay on any modern computing platform (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android).

A key deciding factor is what you plan to do with your extracted audio. Is it solely to satisfyyour retention rules or to resolve an occasional customer support issue (in which case you probably want to minimize storage space)? Or will you run speech analytics software in order to perform speech-to-text conversion or gauge customer satisfaction (in which case you want to maximize audio quality)?

If minimizing storage is your goal, then we recommend WAV files with GSM 06.10 compression. If maximum audio quality is your priority, then we recommend WAV files with G.711 compression (which also supports stereo). Other file formats and compressions are also available on request.

If you don't have a target system with ingestion capabilities, we offer Wilmac Continuity Replay as a solution. Continuity Replay is a Web-based audio repository which provides a simple search and replay interface for you to manage your recordings.

XPORT247 is billed based on your annual call volume. The initial bill is based on your projected volume for the year. At the end of the year, the actual usage is calculated and is then used to adjust the price for the following year.
